Celeste Fine has dealt directly in all major foreign territories and manages the foreign rights for all Folio clients. Drawing from over six years of foreign rights experience with literary award winners and commercial bestsellers alike, Celeste has built foreign rights departments for several agencies, including Folio Literary Management. She regularly attends the London and Frankfurt Book Fairs, effectively partners with agents and co-agents on submissions and negotiations, comprehensively manages contracts, payments, and tax certifications, and actively coordinates marketing highlights and foreign publications around the world.
