John Schlimm is the award-winning other of several books, including Harrah’s Entertainment Presents The Seven Stars CookbookThe Ultimate Beer Lover’s Cookbook (awarded “Best Beer Book in the World” by the Gourmand Awards), and other titles. He has traveled the country speaking about cooking, entertaining, and public relations, and has appeared on such national media outlets as The Ellen DeGeneres Show, QVC, NPR, Martha Stewart’s Everyday Food, and cable’s number one morning show, Fox & Friends. A former celebrity publicist, educator, and artist, John holds a Master’s Degree from Harvard University.
