What I’m looking for (and what I’m not looking for):
I specialize in platform-driven nonfiction, ranging from “big idea” books by thought leaders grounded in science/research to branded prescriptive titles that help readers transform some aspect of their lives to issue-driven narrative nonfiction that engage with current events.
I do not represent fiction, children’s literature, screenplays, or poetry.
I’m always on the lookout for:
Experts in their fields looking to integrate a book into their business, especially in the areas of health/fitness/wellness and business
Books about psychology, business, history, or social issues from academics and thought leaders
Books that can hook me on concept alone
How to submit to me: Scott Hoffman is not taking on any new clients at this time.
